Refund & Exchanges
You can exchange any item within 5 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
- All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
- Full priced items can't be exchanged during sale period.
- Please note we do not accept returns and exchanges on sale items.
- Please note that, due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during the photoshoots, the precise color or texture of the finished item may differ slightly. Hence, refunds and exchanges for this specific reason will not be entertained.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE EXCHANGE?
